Job description
We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Management Consultant. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead the planning and execution of transformation projects for our clients. You will be working with organizations in a variety of industries and collaborating with new teams on each mandate. Your role will be to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. You will be responsible for achieving the project objectives.
Your main responsibilities
Lead and design strategic activities to strengthen organizational effectiveness and culture (executive skills development, contribution assessment, succession and career management, leadership development, employee engagement, recognition, etc.)
Advise your client in order to support decision making and suggest opportunities for improvement in their sector of activity;
Design and implement performance evaluation tools;
Implement best practices in change management at the development, coordination and implementation stages (impact analysis, risk assessment, stakeholder identification, etc.)
Influence and support clients and senior staff in organizations during changes; in this regard, proposes a methodology and tools for change management.
Execute transformation project activities at your client site
Follow the activities of the project schedule
Track project schedule activities
Ensure the quality of deliverables
Generate and maintain trusting relationships with our existing customers
Required
Must be mobile and willing to travel throughout Quebec
An undergraduate or graduate degree in management, engineering, business intelligence or industrial relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
A passion for big challenges
Strong interpersonal skills
Exemplary integrity and professionalism
Ability to communicate in English and French
Experience in technology development or integration
Assets
Experience in consulting and/or advisory services
Ease of use with SQL databases and cloud services (AWS, Azure, IBM)
An interest in Industry 4.0 and the adoption of new technologies
Experience in a transformation project (an asset).
